AN EXCITING NEW MINI SPACE
We’re creating a brand-new space for MINI to showcase the very best of its model line-up, under the same roof as our BMW and BMW Motorrad range. This is the first time in central London we have combined all our BMW Group brands under one roof and we can’t wait to show you.
Our teams will continue to offer the highest level of service to all our customers, from virtual appointments, in-store chats, test drives and of course the collection and delivery of your new MINI. We will also continue to offer both new and Approved Used MINIs in our range. Our Service Centres at Battersea and at Park Royal will be available for customers to visit to receive the best MINI care.
We’re sad to leave our current MINI showroom which has been our home for the past 10 years and has many happy memories, but we’re looking forward to the future of retail and car buying at Park Lane.

What changes are happening to your showroom?
We are delighted to bring all our Park Lane brands under one roof, combining our BMW, MINI and Motorrad brands into one showroom.
Our new showroom will have a designated MINI area which will showcase our best and favourite MINI models in the same way our showroom does currently.
Can I still take a test drive?
Yes, our business won't change and we will continue to offer our full service, with virtual and in-store appointments, and test drives, to allow you to experience the fun of our MINI range, before choosing your perfect MINI for you.
Will your contact details remain the same?
Yes, other than our address, all our other platforms will remain the same. Whether thats our phone lines, email addresses, websites and social media channels will all remain the same for you to get in touch with our teams.
Where will I collect my new MINI?
Our dedicated Handover Team will be on touch to confirm the details of your handover appointment, which will take place in our Handover Centre acrsoss the road.
Will your team change?
Our dedicated, friendly and experienced team of MINI-loving executives and support staff will remain the same, so if you have a contact already who dealt with your purchase before, you can still get in touch with them.
If I have an appointment, where do I go?
Our new showroom is just next door where our current BMW showroom is based.
Will it impact your Aftersales Centres?
Our service centres at Battersea and Park Royal are unaffected and still fully operational, so if your MINI needs some love, get in touch or book your service online today.
